• Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit a contact or consultation form
• Information you share during conversations with our AI agent (Aria) on this website
• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter

• Basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) if analytics is enabled — used only to improve our website
• Device and browser type for technical compatibility

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health information, financial account details, government ID numbers) through this website.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send you the AI report or resource you requested
• To send our newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry with SlamAI.

Enquiry data is stored securely in our Supabase database (hosted in the EU on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised SlamAI team members only.

6. Data Retention

Enquiry and conversation data is retained for 24 months, after which it is deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate our website and AI systems:

• OpenAI — powers our AI agents and voice features. Data processed under OpenAI's API data processing agreement.
• Supabase — stores lead and enquiry data (EU-hosted)
• Vercel — hosts this website
• HeyGen — embedded video on our homepage

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@slamai.io. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

This website uses only functional session storage (not cookies) to remember popup preferences within your current browsing session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
